Blackstone Credit & Insurance (“BXCI”) is one of the world’s leading credit investors. In this role, the Principal will develop and maintain relationships with financial intermediaries/financial advisors across the Americas, Europe, and Asia, and provide capital raising support in partnership with Blackstone Private Wealth Solutions (“PWS”) to build brand awareness and visibility for Blackstone Credit and Insurance (“BXCI”) private market investment solutions for individual investors.
Additional responsibilities include:
Collaborating directly with the BXCI Perpetual Fund Solutions (“PFS”) executive management team and PWS to develop and execute on marketing strategy to drive industry leading sales
Providing proactive service, support and product education to financial advisors, independent planners, family offices and end clients by giving sales presentations and updates alongside PWS
Seeking, developing, and managing new relationships that broaden distribution of BXCI private market solutions for individual investors
Representing BXCI at investment trade shows, industry conferences and will be responsible for developing and delivering relevant content messaging
Understanding the nuances in global marketing efforts across Blackstone retail and institutional products to effectively communicate product strategy and cross sell
Contributing to the development of compelling marketing materials including pitch decks, deal talking points, case studies, and market commentary
Conducting market research on industry trends, investor sentiment and competitor activity to support the development of marketing strategies
Driving and supporting a respectful working environment
Qualifications:
Blackstone seeks to hire individuals who work well in a team-driven working group, are highly motivated, intelligent, have sound judgment and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors.
The successful candidate must have:
At least 8 years of experience selling or marketing alternative and traditional investment products
Prior work experience in multi-asset private credit, asset management, investor relations and/or investment banking is preferred
Bachelor’s degree (MBA/CFA a plus)
Series 7 and 63 licenses preferred
Excellent presentation and public speaking skills required
Understanding of and experience with sales and the desire to establish new business relationships
Exhibit professionalism and good judgment during high intensity situations
Must be a self-starter and a team player

Expected annual base salary range:
$200,000 - $250,000
Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
